Shipping

I ship within Switzerland and Liechtenstein. Delivery is free on
every order.

Hand-delivery — Zug, Zurich, and within 50 km

If you're within about 50 km of Zug, I'll bring your painting to
you myself rather than hand it to a courier. I'll message you
within two days of your order to arrange a time that suits you,
usually within one to two weeks.

Shipping elsewhere in Switzerland

Every painting is packed by hand with corner protectors and
padding, then sent with Swiss Post PostPac Priority.

Please allow 3–5 working days for packing and dispatch — larger
canvases need a made-to-measure box. Once posted, delivery is the
next working day, and you'll receive a tracking link by email.
Most orders arrive within one week.

Paintings over CHF 1,000 are sent signed-for.

When your painting arrives

Lay the box flat to open it, and cut only the tape. Lift the
canvas by the wooden frame at the sides, never by the painted
surface. Please keep the packaging for a few days, until you're
happy with everything.

If anything is damaged, photograph it before unwrapping any
further and email me within 7 days. I'll put it right.

Outside Switzerland

I don't ship internationally through the shop yet, but I'm glad
to arrange it. Email me with the painting you're interested in
and your address and I'll send you a quote. Large works usually
travel unstretched in a tube, which brings the cost down
considerably — your framer can re-stretch it on arrival.
